MAST-UComing in 2017 at Culham:

The Mega Amp Spherical Tokamak (MAST) facility at Culham Centre for Fusion Energy is undergoing a major upgrade that will enhance the UK's role in international fusion research.

MAST Upgrade will advance the spherical tokamak fusion design, aid preparations for the ITER project and test systems for the fusion reactors of the future.
